The reason of selling this business

I am selling this business to fund a house purchase and have also started another business which is taking up a lot more time than expected. I would love to be able to keep this business through Q4 however unfortunately the timing won't work so I have decided to put it up for sale.

Due to the systems in place, the business is very straightforward to run since almost everything is automated/outsourced. The day to day running involves replying to a few customer e-mails (I haven't outsourced since most communication is with the design team directly) and fulfilling orders. After this, the campaigns are set up and running so it's a case of focusing on growth opportunities.

Since I was still training my design team I wasn't able to scale nearly as much as what was possible to keep up with fulfilment.     • Advertise worldwide, currently all of the sales are from the UK despite having a supplier with a consistent product range worldwide.
    • Generate more content for Q4 ready to scale as much as possible.
    • Build specific holiday campaigns around key dates through the year.
    • Invest more in tik tok ads, this is new to me but is a product i'm sure would work well.
    • Add specific listings to target different audiences - car enthusiasts, boat owners etc
    • Add e-mail campaigns to the existing flows.
    • Add new products to compliment the existing range.
    • Launch a membership/club with a monthly subscription to increase loyalty.

    Skills to have

    The only real skill required to run this store would be advertising since everything else is automated. I have a video course that shows the exact system to convert the images that I used to train the designers which can be used to grow the team.
