I started with this store starting from a growing trend (footwear), after scouting several products I found a new product on the market, of extreme quality, so I decided to go and test it on this store that operates in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, the store is obviously in German. The results were good right from the start and this allowed us to grow the revenue of the store in a very short time.

The reason of selling this business

I decided to sell this store because Paypal (gateway on the store) holds 30% of the funds that come in for 90 days. This makes my cashflow not enough to keep scaling the store. On the store there is also Klarna that gives me the payout every 7 days and this period of time has a big impact on my cashflow, also because I have to pay the ads and products day by day.

The management of this Dropshipping store involves the use of different skills as I said above, advertising (for now only Facebook ADV have been used), content creation and management of a team for delegable tasks (not mandatory but I recommend it if you don't want to have to deal with everything I'm listing on your own) or customer care (responding to request of refunds or other request of customers).
