Why this business was started
My wife had a meat shop in Europe and we tried to figure out ideas how we can dry-age meat at home easily, without spending a lot of money. We found the solution and it solved the problem.
After a month of testing our branding, we launched the store. In the beginning, we saw huge potential in sales growth and engagement. Later on success in net profit and most important LTV ratio (32000 returning customers). Shopify Valuation price* $570,430.00
The reason of selling this business
Currently, I have the main business (pillows and toys factory in Europe), and we sell these products through 5 Shopify stores(+this business) 20 of peoples team which help to run the main business.
- I am have not enough time to keep this business growing (because usually I only work on this project after I back home at 7-8 PM)
- Because my main business is grown to 10million in revenue per year I would like to focus on their (bought new pillows and toys production line and etc.)
- I would like to spend more time to family
What's involved in running this business
Product: The product raw material buying from the factory from Europe (we have a contract with them that we are their distributors).
Product packing: Packings, product instructions come from China (If you prefer it can be easily changed)
Fulfilling orders: Currently, we renting a warehouse in Europe. We have one worker who packs and fulfills all orders.
Customer support: One freelancer working with zendesk (email software) and I help to answer some questions that are related to refunds (only $1880 per YEAR!).
Marketing: The whole marketing is done by myself. Many of the marketing content comes from our customers - UGC and we use them as ads.

If a customer tries our brand product he will come back because of amazing dry-aged meat results. 2. Now we signed exclusivity contracts with 3 countries: South Korea, Poland, and Lithuania.
