I bought this business back in 2020 after it had been in business since 2018. I saw the SEO potential for growing traffic and sales from the listing. I was pretty much right on, and I implemented a simple strategy and doubled the daily traffic and sales numbers within 6 months and they have maintained since then.

I've got too much on my plate after getting married and starting a family. I need to create time in my days to focus on some of my other projects.

    How to grow this business

    Add more and more products, especially during the beginning of the year when new products are being released by suppliers. I would continually grow partnerships with dropship suppliers and then eventually move into suppliers who require you to keep inventory. I would start buying advertising space on bigger hunting/outdoors websites. You will need to start forming partnerships with social media creators who could get you consistent content and reach to grow your daily traffic. I would eventually move into a new category like gear or clothing or even affiliate sales through the email list of other people's products or services in the niche. There are tons of ways to grow this business, the hardest part is choosing which path to take first.

    Skills to have

    Good customer service skills to smooth over any shipping issues. Otherwise, you don't need much. Basically the tasks are sending emails and keeping up with new dealer promotions or new pricing and adjusting your product listings accordingly.
